"Got an estimate October 2023 for my car. The soonest they could get it in was December 13th 2023. On December 11th was told they couldn’t take my car til 2025 and I already had a rental set up for the 13th. Way to wait till the last minute."
"Just simply says you guys can’t repair Tesla, why just keep pushing appointment. They scheduled me Sep 20 when it gets close they pushed it to Nov 13th and today they call again and said we are short stuff pushed back to Dec 12 I said NO. Can’t trust them it’s possible they call me again said next year, they waste my time since July."
"I own a 2019 Dodge Charger that was broken into and vandalized. Took it here to fix 3 windows, paint chips and dents. They made it look better than when I first bought it! I was nervous at first because I only saw Teslas and Jeeps in the lot. I didn’t know if they had worked on the newer chargers before but hey they did an amazing job. They also vacuumed the inside! Maybe they buffed the paint too, looks more reflective. Tim is an amazing front office man love the guy!"
"After my car accident I took my car to Gerber and they've been so amazing through the entire thing. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in Washington or Oregon to go anywhere but here to get their car fixed because Tim the manager, who is definitely the perfect man for the job! He went above and beyond (from what we all expect when dealing with any company fixing our cars) to give me educated, honest, trustworthy and reliable information when I had any questions about anything. While the entire process of dealing with the insurance company is so so stressful he made everything a lot easier! He kept me updated and did a phenomenal job!
