"Great little milk tea place. Doesn't have the normal boba smoothies, but they do milk teas extremely well. Boba was perfect texture and the items were affordably priced. Would come here again. The place smells Devine. They do have lactose free options for those who are looking for that."

"Tiger Sugar is a great bubble tea shop. I got the Taro Pudding Brown Sugar Boba milk (Price $6.50). At this shop, you order from s tablet which is right by the entrance of the shop. And when you're orders done, you get a text to pick it up. Would recommend coming here and having something to drink."

"I liked T9 vanilla black tea latte with mochi boba since they opens, but since one year ago, the mochi started being stuck together and couldn’t be sucked up. In the past year, I’ve given this drink four chances and tried to see if there are any improvements, but it’s all the same result. I’m so disappointed, this used to be my favorite milk tea shop, but not anymore."

"I placed our order via kiosk. There are some customizations available like the types of milks/sugar for each drink. Some options have less choices than others. The order was done in a reasonable amount of time since there wasn't anyone else in the store. The drinks were fine. The oolong tasted bitter instead of warm nutty flavor like many oolong teas. The taro was grainy but ok. The chocolate malt was very sweet as expected."

"I’ve been to this location a few times and normally there’s no long line but going here when there is a special collaboration is another story. I stood in line for hours but I chose to do that. The drinks are good and the sweetness and ice level can be adjusted. Also you have the option of choosing a lactose-free milk. I like the black sugar boba + pearl + tiger jelly milk with cream mousse. Despite the long line and amount of people, I commend the staff who was working being friendly and patient. 9/7/23 I stopped by here today to get the black sugar boba with jelly not expecting that they re-stocked on the Hello Kitty cup holders and they still had the cups. I was happy that I was able to get the pink bow cup holder. As usual I love their drinks and the option to adjust the sweetness level. I like it too that I’m able to choose a lactose-free milk. There was no line when I came in and the staff who was there was helpful and friendly."
