"Had a communication problem with my OBD II cord for my AP that threw a code. Surgeline took me in right away and verified it was my OBD II cord. Really appreciate them being available to help out. Been protuned by them for a little over 2 years, solid performance out of the 15 WRX and appreciate the transparency and honesty of the team there. Don't trust anyone else with my car."

This most recent experience was great Brandon up front is a good dude. Chris on the wrenches and the laptop getting my car right. "Beyond a terrible experience. Took my Evo here for a routine fluid service, and they left half the differential empty and it ruined the diff. They replaced it with a used one and a year later I take it to the dealership for some more service and guess what… they tell me that the diff is leaking. I take it back to Surgeline and they said since it’s been awhile they’ll have to charge me $1300 to fix an external seal that is leaking. I take it back to the dealership for them to diagnose it more, and they said there is evidence that it is internal and that the whole diff needs to be replaced again, not the rear diff axle seal that Cobb was trying to blame. I had to sell my dream car because of this place. I will NEVER endorse this place and anyone I know in the car community will never make the mistake of coming here again. I’d give 0 stars out of 5 if it were possible."

"I slammed my Cobb access port in my car door and spoke to Brandon, he tried to help me get it repaired but I decided to buy a new one from Surgeline. I am really glad I did because it turned out to be somewhat complex to move my custom tune. When the accessport arrived I called Surgeline and they talked me through the install. What is worse is that I screwed it up and Bobby spent a lot of time close to the end of the day helping me get it fixed. They managed to get me reinstalled with my tune intact and I cant be more grateful. I feel like buying it from them rather than over the web was the smart thing to do. They have great customer support and really knowledgeable technicians. They went above and beyond to help me and I won't shop any place else. Brandon and Bobby made this whole thing possible and saved me from my own stupid mistakes."

"My car wouldn't start the day of the dyno so I towed it in. They diagnosed the car within seconds of arrival and were able to get my car running and dyno tuned the same day. Amazing place would highly recommend!"
