McDonald's 1300 North Coast Highway, Newport, OR 97365

"Went through the drive thru and there was no menu on screen, only the previous persons order. After asking three time to clear the screen so I could order food, I was verbally told a few menu items. I can't order this was as I have a disability that makes this very difficult and I didn't want a generic hamburger. I apologized to the lady and told her I would pull forward to the window to complete my order. When I pulled forward the Mc Donald's employee turned his back on me and ignored my request for a paper menu, he took someone else's order and made me wait before turning to me and lied to me saying that they did not have paper menu. I argued that he did and he shut the window on me. I pulled forward to the next window (which has written on it "Braille and paper menus available upon request") and asked the 3 ladies for a paper menu, they lied too and said they did not have any paper menus. One lady told me it was my fault because I pulled forward before they could clear the menu. (another lie) They shut the window on me too and left it shut unit I pointed to the sign on the window saying paper menus available and took a picture of the sign with my phone. Finally, knowing they had been caught lying they finally gave me a paper menu but by this time I didn't trust them preparing me food in the back so I ordered a soda, paid and left. Worst experience ever at a drive through, none of the employees cared that I have a disability and had difficulty with the menu..."

"The night manager needs some more training on customer service, I order a lot of the mocha frappes there addicting and soo good but if I have questions about other things he always says sorry I can't help and looks at me like I'm bothering him."

"They monitor the bathrooms and worry about how light u have been in there why do they care how long u have been in the bath room how long should my wast deposit take? How long does yours take...have a nice day Very interesting how the Hispanics are running this town ...all the low Income housing all of the section 8. All of the Hud housing..shoot they are even renting air bnbs...how does that work...does anybody know? Cani have that explained to me please"

"I don't care for McDonald's on this part of the world, on, and near the Oregon coast. There is very commonly a confusion upon the order, and what seems to be a lack of care in they're "effort". When I "Dashed", they would not answer the phone for curbside pickup, and "Dash" orders would very commonly end up waiting for extended periods of time. Therefore having trouble with the customer, and "Dash" business, to get paid correctly as well."

"Don't know why I keep going here. Routinely they fail to serve my order correct or complete. Plus, almost $22 for two breakfast meals. You might order a sausage biscuit with egg meal and get this disappointing mess with no hash browns included. Last visit. Too many other good options in Newport."
