"My PCM/ECU aka engine computer was failing, it would randomly stop working and left me stranded a few times. Picked up a new PCM off eBay but needed it re-programmed to match my VIN and SKIM (Security) module otherwise it would shutdown the engine down. (02 Grand Cherokee) Sent them both old and new PCM and the SKIM module with a working key, received it back in about a week and literally plugged both modules in and they just worked. It's been about a month now since I got it back and everything is still working perfectly. Chrysler does not sell new PCMs anymore so all you can find now are refurbished ones. I'm glad place like this exist to keep older cars running that have nothing wrong with them except for computer or security issues."

"I took my 19 Silverado in for a spare key and keyfob. The tech on duty triggered the theft deterent in the vehicle. Then proceeded to tell that the key wouldn't pair. When i went to get in the truck it was dead. Had it towed to dealer. Where they took care of thw issue. When i asked for reimbursement the sos management said they are only intrested in paying for the techs diagnostics. That's the very short version."

"Took my car in to have the ignition fixed in May 2023. I was told it was an electrical problem from another source. They said the problem was different than we were told. They said they would work on it when they had time. Instead of telling me they couldn't fix it and didn't have time, it just say there. We finally picked it up in November 2023. The car dashboard was completely torn apart and the owner acted like he didn't even care. Not only was my car there for months but it was in worse condition than it was left. Luckily it wasn't my daily driver, but the service was horrible. Each time I called they only had excuses on why it wasn't fine. The service was awful. I do not recommend them. Now I have to pay someone to put my car back together to figure out what the real problem is. We even told them we'd be picking the car up. They could have put it back together."
