Founded in 2017 by a young couple with a passion for delicious desserts, 22 Below has grown from a small local shop in Eugene to three locations throughout Oregon. "I always wanted to try this place out. The first time I heard of their shop was in Portland and I signed up for their bday reward. That was YEARS ago. This month, I got an email reminder from them about getting a discount on an item and decided to finally give it a try with my partner on my day off. At the time of our visit, there was only one staff member working so our order took a while but nonetheless, we ordered Parker's Lemonade and watched the process of getting rolled ice cream happen before us. We only ordered one regular size and got five rolls and it was perfect to share with my partner. The ice cream was really yummy! We enjoyed the treat and we would consider coming back again for future treats to try out more from their big menu."
