"The driver was rude and abrasive.! A real jerk. Would not use this service unless it's your last resort."

"I only gave one star because there isn't an option for zero. I almost wanted the driver to let me out and pay for a cab to the airport. Upon his over an hour late arrival time he was disrespectful by going "whoop, hurry up" to another passenger and myself as we were loading our luggage. Immediately told us to sit in the back of the empty small van in the small back seats instead of the bigger middle chairs. Drives unsafe and speeds, very erratic driving. Don't use!!"

"The shuttle arrived early to pick us up. The driver waited for someone who was supposed to join us. It looked like he tried calling the client but didn't get an answer. A few minutes past the designated time, we left. He told us he would have to charge the person as a no show, which is clearly stated in their reservations and was appropriate. We got stopped for speeding, although the driver was only traveling with the flow of traffic. He was polite to the police officer, who checked his license and registration, then told him to watch his speed. No ticket, and we still arrived at PDX a few minutes early. This service is great for those traveling to and from PDX to McMinnville, the coast, and in between. In the summer, it does book up, so reserve early!"

"I used this company in Feb and was charged extra for luggage, I only travel with one small bag that fits under my seat! When I called to ask for the refund of the extra $20 I was told that if the driver says I had extra luggage thats it. When I said I was going to dispute the charge the driver said "YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT BUT THEIR ARE REPERCUSSIONS FOR DOING THAT". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? HE IS GOING TO COME AFTER ME."

"This place could use a lesson in communication. I will admit that I got the time wrong — I read the initial messaging as “be there 10 minutes early, by 8:20”, not “we’re leaving at 8:20”. This could have easily been avoided by making the confirmation emails clearer (lots of information about pickups and drop offs in Portland but oddly not about the departure cities?) and including the information on the website (I second guessed myself and tried to double check but couldn’t see any way to look up departure times while on mobile). The part that was most disappointing, though, is that the driver called me at 8:17 to confirm that I was coming, and I asked if I was supposed to be there 10 minutes early at 8:20. I was worried, then, that I had the time wrong so I was hoping for clarification. During that call, he did not help to clarify or communicate to me that he would be LEAVING AT 8:20. That would have been so easy to do. Instead, I got to the pickup location, walked around, and when I couldn’t find them I called him and proceeded to be yelled at and berated for not arriving on time. Living on the coast, it is already incredibly difficult and stressful to get to the airport. Finding out that I’d miss my flight was punishment enough — I did not deserve to be yelled at. Sadly, I’m sure I will be forced to use this shuttle service again, as it’s the only option. I sincerely hope that they consider improving their communication and employee training. No customer should EVER be yelled at by a business."
