"Arrived early for my appointment, they sent me away and told me to come back closer to my appointment time. I returned at my appointment time and they told me to go sit and wait and they would be right with me. After a half an hour of waiting I walked over and talk to them again and they said “will be right with you, you’re next in line“. I would check back every half an hour and after two hours I just left. These people have no respect for customers at all. They act like we can’t go elsewhere, but we did! I should’ve figured as much when I kept calling before my appointment to find out how long I’d have to wait and they never answered a single phone call or returned one either. They were recommended by my insurance company who made the original contact, my insurance company will be hearing about their lousy customer service when I can request a referral to a different company!"

Since our vehicle will be going to a new home out of state very soon, we appreciate the aftercare instructions to ensure a good and permanent seal. "We had a window shatter on our way to Newport I called the dealership and they recommended Hummingbird. We drove in right before they closed. They didn't have the window but completely taped it up and vacuumed the glass out for a ridiculously low price. They made sure we were safe to go on.
