"After years of going to Newport OCH for oil changes and minor service I went in to have the car checked waited 20 minutes for the bays to clear so I could pull in the wait was not huge but the man in the bay was spending a lot of time leaning on that car and flirting with the women inside that truck . When I pulled up and asked what the hold up had been about I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE AND NEVER RETURN. Now its been months since and still I receive notices and ads from Oil Can Henry's pleading for me to come back I have to ask for what and why. While the service provided is adequate not in any way to be mistaken for excellent or professional it smacks of poor dinner theater during which time they won't really sell you anything you don't need but will direct you toward possible service packages the boast quite a lot but deliver less. I worked for a casino in the past where everything is about service and attitude management at OCH could learn a lesson from that or prepare to fail. While this is a lessor problem than stripping the threads out of an aluminum crankcase it can kill a business. I will not be recommending to friends and neighbors I would suggest that you keep an eye to young wives or daughters who linger in this establishment..."

They brought me graphic oil fingerprints and suggestions for service. Professional. Knowledgeable. This would never happen at Honda Service. If you care about your auto it's a fair place to choose your options."
