"I am extremely grateful to Jim and the team at Beaverton all transmission, after one shop quoted me seven grand to re-build my transmission. I decided to get a second opinion, and had my car shipped out from Portland to Beaverton and Jim told me that was not a necessary job. My car did not have a transmission problem, it was electrical and shift solenoid. Although he wasn’t able to help me with my specific problem, he didn’t try to rip me off with unnecessary repairs like art of maintenance did in Northeast Portland , if I ever do have a transmission problem or if I know someone who does 100% I am recommending Jim. It seems like it’s getting harder and harder to find an honest mechanic and and Jim is one of the honest ones."

I recommend going here if you want a good deal. If you got money I recommend another shop because they are backed up"

"Jim was very friendly and was straightforward with expected costs. They were able to service my vehicle within one day and get it back to trail ready quickly. They did a full transmission service to find a leak and also went out of their way to tighten a loose radiator hose and topped off the coolant.
