"Rudest lady ever and does not deserve peoples business. I needed custom compressions she implied THREE times I couldn't afford them. She insisted on selling me thigh highs which I had to keep reminding her would not work with the condition I have and I asked again to order the custom fit and she said that's not what she measured me for and your appointment is over and walked away. What did you measure me for... ?"

"I showed up a day late for my appointment but the staff was very gracious and saw me any way. I was getting fitted for prosthetic breasts and bras. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Environment was beautiful with a warm e k elegance. A very relaxing visitm"

"I called in advance to make an appointment and ask about the fitting process -- while I can't speak to the in-store experience, I was so disappointed with their answers I feel I should speak up. My wife has severe anxiety and is not comfortable with the typical bra measuring process. I spoke with someone on the phone and explained this, then asked if they could help us with fitting only since we already have her measurements in inches. I was told, "this is a *specialty* lingerie shop", so no, they will not help us if she cannot be measured in-store. To me, this is unacceptable coming from a store that touts "treating (customers) with the utmost dignity at every stage of life or health challenge". What about those of us with severe anxiety who can barely work up the nerve to call, let alone have a stranger touch our body? What about those of us with trauma who would be triggered by this kind of situation? Our measurements are the same whether they're taken at home or in-store, so I don't see why this can't be accommodated. I expected literally any amount of effort to work with us on what is a delicate situation for us, but instead I was hung up on with a short "okay then, bye!" as soon as I confirmed we need to cancel because the standard measuring process won't work for us. I really had high hopes for this place, but wow what a disappointment. Please try to handle your customers with anxiety and mental illness with more consideration. We too would like a relaxing and comforting bra shopping experience, but some of us have different fitting needs."
