I Read lots of Reviews from other people And almost the same bad bissness.. My experience too other people find a shop that you. Can Trust this is not one of them. I also see that the good reviews are from the staffing I got a foil request for all staffing the people below with the great reviews are employees most bissness do this and friends of theres to.help get more bissness"
"Kind, attentive, helpful, honorable crew. Being a Saburu owner it is nice to find a shop that deals with so many of these vehicles and has knowledge gained throughout years of working on them."
"After my longtime mechanic in SE Portland retired and closed his shop, I had trouble finding a reputable Volvo mechanic. Someone recommended that I check out MVP Volvo, and I was so glad I did. Paul and his team have always been honest and fair with work I've had done. Since I live in Oregon City, it is a bit of a drive and is sometimes difficult to find someone to go with me to drop my car off for the day, so earlier this year I made the huge mistake of taking my car to a local shop for something relatively small. Unbelievably, that shop took my car out on a routine test drive and blew out the engine. I had not had problems with it being low on oil, no signs of leaking where it was parked, or anything. It turned into a gigantic nightmare trying to deal with this shop, who did not want to take any blame for what happened on their watch. As a single woman who has always kept my car well-maintained, this was a first for me and I felt completely out of my element dealing with the situation. Even though I was embarrassed that I was in this predicament because I hadn't taken my car to Paul in the first place, I decided to give him a call and see if he would be willing to give me any words of advice on how to handle this situation. I explained everything that happened and sheepishly told him this all happened because I didn't make the effort to take my car across town to him in the first place. He was incredibly kind and gave invaluable advice about how to negotiate with the other mechanic and how to look up engines available online when the mechanic was trying to charge me too much. Over the course of many phone calls and emails, Paul helped me navigate through this nightmare, which lasted for the better part of four months. After the new engine was installed, I took it straight to MVP to have Paul's team inspect everything and make sure it looked like things were done right. I learned my lesson the hard way. When you find an honest and fair mechanic, it doesn't matter if it's inconvenient and a long drive...you stick with that mechanic. I can't recommend Paul and MVP Volvo highly enough. Thank you, Paul and all the MVP crew!"
"Me and my sister both have taken our Volvos to this place for over 2 years now! I will never take my Volvo to any other shop now. My Volvo s60 T5 has never let me down since bringing it to this shop! Great service and honesty. I highly recommend MVP Volvo."
"I've been going to MVP for a couple years now. I drive a 2000 Subaru so I always try to go to a specialist. These guys work on Volvo's and Subaru's. Paul the owner has always been accommodating to getting me in and out- and while there might be a couple organizational issues, there is a new receptionist that I think is squaring those away. I don't feel like they call for work that isn't necessary & would recommend anyone with a Volvo or Subaru to check MVP out."
