"I love it here!! It does get extremely busy especially on the weekends, but the management and team really keeps the flow of traffic moving steady. It’s not their fault they make such delicious sandwiches so consistently that they’re bombarded on the weekends, the wait time is always worth it for me! I think the manager’s name may be Melissa (not sure) but she is probably the best at multi tasking that I have ever seen!!! She keeps track of who’s been waiting the longest and she communicates with you while you’re waiting for your order so you know it’s coming and that your wait time won’t be much longer! All in all everyone there is excellent communicators!! If you download their app you will earn points and their point system is pretty excellent, my only complaint is to corporate for the in app ordering process, it charges your card and then the app will tell you there’s a problem and your order can’t be placed and I wish this could be fixed so that I could order ahead and avoid the line!"

"This location was closed for some time for renovations or repairs, not sure exactly the reason. I noticed that they had reopened so I decided to stop for lunch, what a negative experience. I enter the store around 12:00pm and I get in line to place my order. I notice that there is hardly any bagels to choose from, not even plain. There were lots of bagels with copious amounts of melted cheese on them and they looked so flat and undercooked, no joke. I then proceed to wait 10 minutes before someone takes my order, with only one other customer in front of me. There are at least 5 people working that I can see, and most are wandering around doing nothing to assist customers or making them selves coffee drinks and smoothies. Again, not kidding. I spend another 10 minutes waiting in line to pay for my food, I grab my order and I am out the door. I will never be back to this location, and that is a shame because I used to buy bagels for my coworkers on Friday's . This is not some Karen rant either, I was patient and respectful the whole experience. Honestly, stop hiring todays youth, the kids operating this shop will ruin a companies reputation, and they could care less."

"The service was not that great, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. My bagel was burnt and had very little avocado spread. I am very disappointed and would not recommend going to this location."

"First off the I want to start by saying the staff is friendly and the food is decent. My two kids love coming here but unfortunately as of recently they have been extremely short staffed and have long wait times and sometimes close early such as today 12:11pm 10/29/23 and they are letting people out the side door. I’ve been patiently waiting for my order and noticed this entire place needs a deep clean and much needed love. If your patient the good overall is 4 stars I’d say. Please be kind to the staff and hire more people."

"Wanted to give this place one last chance and ohh do I regret it! First off I called ahead to put in my order "because they run out of everything by 11am" and I was told they could make it no problem! I get there right on time with what they said "about 10 mins" to stand there and watch people order, get there order and eat there food.... Then once I get my food "25 mins later" again its not what I ordered and its burnt! I'm not leaving this review for the manager or owner of the place to comment because that does absolutely nothing! Also no point to call and even say anything because they refuse to do anything... Point blank this location is pathetic and I should have listened to the reviews and my own experiences instead of wasting more money for nothing...."
