"Went in for an oil change on my wife’s 2023 2nd oil change to be exact only 9800 miles the tech requested the mileage I told him 9822 he charged me and gave me the invoice he unfortunately added 90,000 more miles to my car fax I mentioned it to a gal assistant and sent me the original tech that inputted the incorrect mileage then said I had to contact corporate I called corporate at 4:15 still on hold it’s now 5:57. I’ve used this place for all my cars since John Falk has been gone the service has gone down hill and to top it off the gal slammed the hood carelessly don’t use this place I’ve recommend going to jiffy lube they can at least get the mileage correct"

"Amazing service and friendly folks! Love the reassurance given with little things like Oil pressure and wad impressed with the way they setup their operation below the deck safely for their crew and customers! I've gone back when I said I was just going to change the oil myself next time. . . I know it technically would save me money but the price is great and I get time back... all from the seat of my car while I can work too and listen to my car stereo. They do headlights n stuff too!"

"1) Tire rotation is not included with your oil change. It’s $40 extra. 2) They pressured me into buying a new air filter when I wasn’t due for another 12k miles. Showing customers a new air filter next to their filter when it’s not due to be replaced is misleading and is a marketing practice that lacks integrity. 3) Check your car manual and see when you’re really due for maintenance instead of relying on a company who is obviously biased and will have you go in much sooner than you really need to"

"My transmission fluid was low. I ask them to top it off. they did not know the vehicle needed to be running to check the transmission. they did not top it off. they didn't know how to use the dipstick. I give them three stars for not really knowing how to do their job. I have been to several different locations and from my experience their teams have always been under trained. I don't know how comfortable I feel letting them change my oil transmission or rear differential. They are very good for topping off basic fluid that is about it."
