"Really unpleasant welcoming No customer service or explanation for first time being their asking about options felt very rushed and was not served at the end of it. Guy seemed rushed and miserable and unpleasant like he didn’t want to make me my lunch. Customer service of that sort is how business fail nowadays never tried the food quality since I wasn’t served but def won’t be back to experience it ."

"Its calm. Nice place to meet someone for a date. There is firepit outside for evenings. I ordered a mushroom burger it was fresh by order and it was good."

"Hero’s offers a fantastic dining experience, great food+ indoor and outdoor atmosphere=perfection. Multiple locations through Portland and greater Oregon. The menu is expansive, delightful for American style of food. GF, Vegan and Vegetarian options are available. The owners of Hero’s Cafe are invested in the community’s they serve. Personally, I can attest to the Forest Heights Location. The owners have supported our PPS schools with donations often. Visit Hero’s Cafe! Great food, great staff and an ownership which goes above and beyond to support the community’s it serves."
