"Over the July 4th weekend, my LG wall oven decided to stop working while in the middle of baking banana bread. I went to LG's website to find someone to service it but they only listed 2 companies, this was NOT one of them. The first company I scheduled with told me the day of the appointment that they didn't service wall ovens. What a great waste of time that was. The other company didn't pick up the phone after multiple calls... and when they did, they told me that they had one guy who *might* be able to fix it but he was out of the country for 3 months. So after more calls and (literally) hours on the phone with both Lowes and LG, I finally found someone who referred me to this company. I scheduled a Zoom diagnostic meeting with KJ the same day (today, as I write this). When we got on the videoconference together, I described what happened with the oven and he started talking me through how to check and see if the fuse might have been blown (I had already checked the circuit breaker when it originally shut off). As he was guiding me through how to get the oven into a state where we could access the fuse, the oven came back to life! I can't say enough about how well this process went. KJ was very descriptive in how to get the oven *safely* slid out enough to work on it. And gave me some things to check on after we realized there was likely an electrical connection that came loose. This could happen again (if the remodeler we used didn't quite get the install correct), but at least I now know how to do some troubleshooting of my own. Thanks so much, KJ! This was probably the best $59 I've spent this year. And in case anyone from LG happens to see this (long shot, I know), you really should list this company on your website for appliance repairs."

"We kept having problems with our Viking Gas Range, something wrong with the pilot light or something. Anyway we called a couple of places, one had an answering machine and the other wasn't quite sure they could work on our brand. When we got in touch with the folks at Worksagain they promptly answered the call and was able to schedule one of their techs to come out the next day. It turns out that there was a problem with one of the burners because of a faulty pilot light. I'd just like to say that the tech was professional, respectful of our safety by using gloves and mask while working on our range. The cost was reasonable and our range works perfectly. I highly recommend this business for your Viking appliances because not every company knows how to work on them."
