"The food is delicious and the staff is friendly, but last time I visited I made a substitution and they charged extra for it without letting me know it would cost extra. Didn't appreciate the lack of communication."
"Yes, it was very busy because of snow outside..But, the employee taking orders was very unfriendly and was telling other employees DO NOT answer the phone we are too busy. I got my food to go Chicken yakisoba and crab ragons. The ragons were rubbery and the chicken teriyaki had a very few tiny pieces of chicken and it tasted very vinegary! Quality and taste has gone WAY down..will definitely stick to FG Sushi from now on!"

"The service was great but the food was very bland and oily. I ordered tofu with noodles and my husband ordered teriyaki and rice. Mine was very oily and didn’t have much flavor to it. My husband did like the way his came out though. I did enjoy the free miso soup you get when dining in though, that was very good."
