"Recently bought a fridge & stove. Stove works great. We haven't had the fridge for a week & it is leaking some kind of fluid into the bottom of the fridge & when you open it, it smells like someone left garbage inside of it. The smell is now taking over our house. The bins have mold inside of them that is impossible to clean out (see photo) & it is on the very bottom of the bin, so all looked fine & well in store. We were on such a tight budget & now we're SOL with 5 kids & no fridge. So very, very disappointed."

"I bought a refrigerator from this business and TWO WEEKS later the cooling element has gone out and my food all spoiled. I paid $500 for the fridge and didn’t even get a months use out of it. The owner refused to fix it or return it. Looking at previous reviews I realize this is a common business practice of theirs, shady and unethical. Buyer beware."

"The fridge I purchased was supposed to be in “good working condition”, come to find out a fitting was installed to put gas into the system to make it “get by” for a short amount of time. This is because there is a pinhole leak in the condenser coil. The fridge quit working after about a week. BUYER BEWARE. I would be very hesitant to buy from this store. Upon asking for my money back due to the circumstances, I was ignored."

"The part (heating element for dryer) that they replaced only lasted 11 months. When they installed it they said it would definitely last at least 5 years. It didn't even last one year. When I called them about it they said "well it's past 30 days so it lasted a long time" (really!?) and "If you want me to take it look at it will be $80." They charged me almost $300 to change a heating element that only lasted 11 months!! What a rip off. Never going back there!"

"A terrible experience. Charged 240.00 for a 10 minute, simple washer repair and a 25.00 part. I would have done it myself but it was a very busy week and I didn't have the time so my wife had to deal with it. I called the owner the next day to complain and he yelled at me, told me he didn't want me as a customer, and hung up on me. We've dealt with them before and felt like they were fair. I don't know what has happened to them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you want to be gouged."
