"Attempted to make an appointment for a small repair on my Buick today with the service department. I was told they are mot making appointments for repairs at this time. When asked when service would resume they could not give an answer to that. Why would anyone buy from them if they cannot provide service?"

"As a first time buyer I was very nervous and cautious with buying a car. A few days after taking my car home I noticed a major oil leak. I was able to contact them and they were open to taking a look and my car. They told me it was actually transmission fluid because they dyed both fluids and found out. 3 weeks later it was supposedly fixed at no charge to me. But here I am again with the same oil leak that a shop is saying will cost me a very pretty penny. With that being said, Colton was a fabulous help with the buying process and I know this issue is way bigger than him. Overall, I cannot say that I will be coming back. I have lost trust in their stock and cannot say that their preowned vehicles are properly inspected and serviced before being put on the lot. Update: Just had my car serviced at my own trusted shop and they just informed me that there is no evidence of any work being done including any dye in my transmission or oil fluid. Thanks a lot for wasting my time (almost 2 hour drive just to get there) not to mention the extra miles on my parents car and my brand new car. HORRIBLE SERVICES!!"

"Worst service ever. Third time now on fixing a oil leak under warranty. Service doesn’t call you when they say there going to and you have to track down your own truck to find out what’s going on. Plus like I said this is the third time for the same leak. Never again!!!"

"I sold them a vehicle made a deal with one manager had issues with the title so we postponed. I returned 2 weeks later with the title. The original manager was not in. So I had to go through the process again of valuing the vehicle. From prior experiences with dealerships I expected them to give me the run-around and try to payless. But by my surprise they upheld the original deal . Now that for me says alot about any business. "Called ahead of a two hour drive to check that they would match a price that I had found at another dealership to arrive to a dead battery on the vehicle I was interested in and then no price match - very dishonest way of doing business and NO attention to detail or respect for peoples time. Worst experience in buying cars EVER!"
