"This shop work on my transmission Nov. 2023 since then I brought back my car to this shop 5x for transmission issue. Feb. 2024 they called and said it’s all good drove 7 miles on the stop light I step on my gas and go on high speed and it just died , I almost got rear ended"

"My friend originally went here for a TCC inspection P0741 stuck off, they never gave him a quote for it. They charged him $945 to take his transmission apart and refused to put it back together, they quoted him $5000 for a rebuild on top of the $945. They told him that they could put it back together for 1900 but wouldn't fix anything. For a brand new transmission they told him it would be 2700 with no warranty. Told him that they would just put all the parts in the back of his trunk and he would have to rebuild it himself, so they put them in boxes along with his battery and all the wiring. The photos below are what they left him with. The mechanic there dropped precious parts on the ground and acted like nothing happened, they weren't taking responsibility and did things to his car without his permission. NEVER GO HERE, the mechanics aren't responsible and they just don't act like a car is fragile, they act on their own accord and don't listen to the customers needs and tries to tell you things are wrong with your car and needs to be replaced entirely, when in reality you just need to replace one simple little thing, they will rip you off and take your money and if they try to…. Rip them a new one. Thanks"
