"Took my car to Heaton to have a O2 sensor replaced on a Wednesday and thought I was going to get it back that same day. I called and sent texts and never got a response back for two days. When he finally decided to texted me back he said that my car had flooded during the rain and said he could not do anything else for it. My car was working just fine before I took it to him and now it can not run at all. One of his mechanic left the hood up and rain got into the transmission and destroyed my car at his shop. Heaton did not take any accountability except to say he would put a fan on it to dry it out which did not work. I had to have it towed back to my home because he did not fixed the problem he created. I want everyone to know not to trust this repair shop because they are not honest or trustworthy. A simple repair turned in losing a working car. If I could give a zero star rating I would. BEWARE OF THIS REPAIR SHOP."
