"Not very friendly. Guy who was at the front when walking in acted as if he didn't want to answer my questions nor was very attentive when I was asking them. I always call before hand and ask if they have the part and or vehicle on the lot and 9/10 they say they do but it never is right."

"Called about a part they said was in stock, asked if they could physically check as I was over 2 hours drive one way. They said they checked and had it. I arrived and they not only didn't have it but they also tried to get me to buy the wrong part from them! They checked and told me they would get one from a California store and ship it to Oregon. They told they would make it right for the waste of my 5 hours time and fuel by selling me the part for 75 dollars cheaper. It was time for me to pick the part up at a closer store and 3 phone calls later they said sorry California has the wrong part too. And they are unable to get me one. What a huge waste of time and money they are to deal with. Do yourself a gian favor and just go to b&r auto wreckers. They will treat you right."
