"Just got off the phone with these guys to buy a wax fan valve control kit and wanted to get some info before purchase about part numbers. After 2 or 3 minutes, no more, I was told he didn’t have time to talk because he had another customer, apparently more important than me, and just hung up. I called back and he told me he doesn’t want to deal with me because I was asking questions even though I was about to purchase one and possibly 2 kits for over 1100.00 from him. I would not buy from this guy if he can’t spend more than 2 minutes to help me confirm his product will work in my application."
