Because of past experiences, I was stressed about this appointment. I was dreading it, and when I checked in I was literally vibrating with anxiety. Dr. Mercer calmly talked me through everything that he was going to do, he kept reassuring me that things were looking good and going well. His chair-side demeanor completely shut down my anxiety and stress. His numbing technique was also totally painless (something I didn’t know was possible). I had no idea that dental work/procedures didn’t have to be so difficult, painful, and expensive. Also, I should mention that he saved me a couple thousand dollars in unnecessary work that my previous dentist was adamant that I needed. It’s been years since I felt this comfortable with my smile and it feels so good to finally have everything properly taken care of."
