"I went there yesterday and got a drink that was 5.25. I paid with a debit card and left a 1.75 tip. The charge didnt go thru. I gave her my credit card and she ran it and said "I signed a squiggle for you". I said "did you leave yourself a tip?"She said "you left 1.75,so no not really". I said "excuse me?" She said "a 1.75 tip?" No, not really". I said seriously? That is a 33 peecent tip. She retreated to the back and ignored me. I later found out that she is the owner. I sent an instagram message complaining about the service. The response I got was that she handled it correctly and that if a customer comes thru and doesnt tip they will be asked not to come back. Apparently 50 percent is the standard. I was absolutely floored at the rudeness and the response I got."
