"I don't even want to give 1 star!!!! I will NEVER go here or recommend. I had 2 abscessed teeth that needed pulling. The earliest he could get me in was 5 weeks. Ok, I accepted that. They gave my 2 choices, to be put under or just use the Nitrous oxide at my apt. I said I can not be put under because I have none to pick me up. I live alone and no family. They said no problem, that's why they offer the Nitrous oxide. For 5 weeks ,I dealt with pain of 2 abscessed teeth, eating a ton of Ibuprofen. about 2 days before my apt, my face started to swell on my right side from the tooth. I showed up at my apt and was told there was no apt. Then I showed the paper work that showed my apt time. So the front desk spoke with Dr Koanado, and he refused to treat me if I don't go under!! I was so shocked and in pain I wanted to cry! Why didn't they tell me this 5 weeks ago and why offer Nitrous oxide if your going to refuse me treatment! He "referred" me to a dentist in Eugene and their next apt was in 4 weeks! Unacceptable! I went home and cried and did find a dentist for emergency that took me. NEVER WILL I SPEAK NICE ABOUT THIS DENTIST! Horrible!"

"I highly recomend Dr Korando for your dental care. I needed a dental clearance in order to proceed with a hip replacement. No dentist in the Florence area could get me in for at least 6 weeks. Dr. Korando's office got me in within a week and arranged for extensive treatment in a time frame needed for my dental release. He and his staff make sure you are feeling no pain during procedures. He also makes his own crowns in house while you wait. Thanks Dr. Korando and staff."

"Had a one of a kind experience at Dr. Korandos office. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist and dental work and not one time was I ashamed of this feeling. Dr. Korando is patient; I never felt rushed even though I know I asked a million questions. His jokes helped too! I needed a substantial amount of work done and they were great at squeezing me in! I felt they truly did their best and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The ladies at the front desk are also AMAZING! Thank you staff at Korando’s for a great experience! Sad to be moving away after finding such a great dentist."

"This was honestly the best dentist appointment I've ever had. Broke my filling in the morning and am only traveling through the US so I've never been to this doctor's office and had a bit of a time problem. These very lovely people made it possible for me to come back two hours after I first showed up, get an xray done and my tooth fixed up in a matter of 45 minutes. Everyone was super friendly, invested in me feeling good, joking around and at the same time very professional. I'm kind of sad that I can't make this my go to dentist. Very grateful for the amazing job they did on my tooth and my troubled mind!! I recommend this place 100%"
