"Hope you like being overcharged for unnecessary work, incomplete work, and being pressured into expensive debt payment plans. Not to mention their outdated equipment, outright refusal to use any pain medication, no nitrous for procedures, and unprofessional communication. Several thousand dollars of more debt and my teeth are not in any better shape than they were before I went here. Stay away!"
"Village Dental has a great staff and the dentist is very kind. She took the time to speak with me about my options and listened to my concerns. They have financing available and are willing to work with you. Best yet: they did not judge me for my current dental health!"
"The staff is fantastic. Dr. Morrissey is great at her job. She is extremely caring, gentle, and a genuine person. She always listens and addresses any concerns that I have regarding my oral health. She also has good pricing and has accepted every insurance I've had. Her dental also shows a lot of care, and front office always helps work with my schedule, shows care, and communicates well to work with all of my needs. I will never change to a different office. The office is clean and always has up to date technology too."
"Normally when I have my teeth cleaned I go about every 6 months, but between the pandemic and that I do take pretty good care of my teeth and in recent years I've been going about every 9 to 12 months. What has occurred a few times over the last four or five years is that if I do go longer, I develop a little bit of edge staining on three or four of my lower front teeth. This can easily be taken off with one, if not both of the tools that a dental hygienist or dentist would use. After I returned from having my teeth (mostly) cleaned, I noticed that some of those stains were still there, but only on the side that Dr Yan was not. In hindsight, if I had asked for a mirror to check the work I would have noticed this then. But seeing that it was a dentist doing it, it didn't cross my mind. I figured between what seemed like 'rushing' on her part and that this is not normally what she does -- but only is because they did not have a dental hygienist on staff -- she's not as used to it as a hygienist would be, especially considering I've never had a hygienist miss anything seeing it's their entire job. I called about it the next day, but haven't heard anything for 3 weeks."
