"Absolutely the WORST dentist office ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! They scheduled me three times and every time they cancel with an excuse that someone quit and the next appointment they have is month from now. Case in point, my appointment was in a few days, they cancelled, and the next appointment that I am told I "desperately need" is in September. This has happened three times and I've only been with them for five months."
"I have never received such poor customer service in a professional setting in my life. I came in as a brand new patient today. I walked in to an empty lobby with 4 people behind the front desk. Not one person looked up or greeted me. As I stood at the desk one of the ladies at the desk (without looking up from her screen) says “please sign in here and take a seat.” No hello, what’s your name, how are you. Nothing. As I’m sitting in the lobby they start discussing a voicemail they received from a patient attempting to move their appointment that day. One makes a comment “oh he did try to change it, we shouldn’t put him down as a no show.” Some else then says “no, he didn’t talk to anyone.” Um excuse me what? How is that ok to mark someone as a no show and potentially charge them when they’ve attempted to contact you and you for whatever reason did not answer? After about 10 minutes 3 more patients trickle into the lobby. I still have recieved no communication other than “sign in” since I arrived. I normally give about 10 to 20 minutes past an appointment before I say anything because things happen, and we all run behind. Slowly people start to get called back while patients completing their service step up to pay their co pays at the desk. Mind you, there are 4 ppl behind the desk with plenty of time to communicate timelines. Then two of them decide to go on break leaving the other two to continue checking ppl out. At 30 minutes past my appointment time I am now the only patient still waiting, everyone who came in after me has been taken back. I stand up and wait behind someone who is paying to ask what’s going on. I finally get to the desk and politely say “Hey, my appointment was at 11, it’s now 11:40, Can I get an update?” She doesn’t look up from her screen and goes “what’s your name?”. As I’m answering the other one chimes in and says dismissively “yeah they’re a little behind.” As if I have inconvenienced them by asking. I respond “respectfully 40 min is not a little behind, it’s a bit excessive. Especially with zero communication from you guys as front facing staff.” The response I got was not an apology, or an explanation. Hell, even a “hey let me check and see what the timeline is for you”. The response I got is “well, you can rebook. 40 minutes past my appointment time being ignored in the lobby. How is there so little care for other people’s time? I took off half a day of work and drove out here for a dental cleaning. Things happen and we run behind. But communication is key. Where is the basic level of respect to greet someone and communicate delays? This entire experience is just baffling. Do not waste your time going here. Look at the disastrous reviews from the last 6 months. I should have read them before coming."
"It was a very pleasant experience. I was fit for a partial a different dentist that I went to before put so much of the goo in my mouth that I was choking but these guys at Bright dental we’re so nice about it I was able to breathe which is a beautiful thing. Thank you Bright Now Dental for making my experience nice"
"All of the staff were so friendly. The dentist really took the time to explain the different treatment options in an unbiased way. It was a great experience. The hygenist was so thorough and provided a lot of education. She frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable during the deep cleaning process."
"STAY AWAY Trust the reviews and avoid this place. My little sister is 6 months post major reconstructive surgery and needed some dental work done. She is also disabled. This place was covered under insurance so we thought we'd give it a try. They cancelled two appointments at the time we arrived, and threw out a $2,500 charge at the beginning of the next. After some personal attacks from Anna due to our shock at the payment (how tacky???) the dentist said they might not even need to do a root canal so we shouldn’t be charged up front. Cherry on top is there is an infection in her mouth but no one can tell us for sure what is actually going on - infection or damage. BUT that wasn't communicated to us. It was apparently communicated to her - a disabled patient - who has notes that clearly say to communicate all issues with the care giver. She had no idea what was going on. When we ask what is going on we can't get a straight answer. Rebecca the apparent manager, gave us numerous unrelated and untrue reasons. Said a dentist would call back and then ghosted us for an entire day. Her mouth is swollen and painful. Next thing we know we're getting a pharmacy call that a prescription is ready. FOR AN INFECTION. Rebecca is horribly unprofessional and seems to have no clue what's going on any time I call. There is also always some catastrophic event at the time of the appoint which results in cancellations at the time of the appointment (according to her?) Doctor had a child emergency, Rebecca’s daughter cut her finger to the bone, Rebecca was deathly ill and couldn’t provide a quote before the appointment. Feels very much like you’re incompetent and none of you want to or know how to do your job correctly.. It’s exhausting to keep up as a patient and a waste of time to show up for appointments to be told they’re always canceled. Anna the other receptionist is somehow worse. Attacks people personally when you try to go around her or push her for more information. I'm reporting these people to whatever medical board I can and will be writing a review anywhere I can. I had to update this because it somehow gets worse. The dentists have been in great communication with us - they really have been great. The issue is SOLELY their staff. After confirming the exact tooth and work needed with the dentist we contacted our insurance who confirmed the work covered. I called Rebecca back to see what was going on and she admitted they hadn’t tried to get it approved, but “she knew our insurance didn’t approve it”. When I asked how, she then said they did check but that price was actually for the root canal and crown and we signed paper work stating this. When I asked if we could access that paperwork she said no??? I then explained that per our insurance both the root canal and crown were still covered, so this still wasn’t adding up. When I asked why I would pay for work that may not need to be done (we were previously told by the dentist they don’t even know if she needs a root canal) she told me her regional manager stated this was the correct way to do it and the dentists more or less don’t know what they’re talking about because they don’t handle billing. I’m so lost, the dentist doesn’t know if she they are doing a root canal or assessment? Be serious. Why would you charge patients without checking insurance? That’s why we have insurance… Rebecca repeatedly changed her story, told me the incorrect tooth that was being worked on and was so arrogant stating she knew more than I did and was in regular communication with the dentist and knew our insurance. She then tried to convince me that the conversation we had last week was completely different than what actually happened. Baby girl - I was there. I finally hung up after multiple lies. Ten minutes later she calls my mom back and says, “Oops, everything is covered. But this is the dentists fault for coding it wrong.” She is truly insane. Takes no responsibility. She fixed it because she got caught, but this is clearly their game. A scam. A scam. A scam. Stay away!"
