"The pizza was pretty good, but the customer service was terrible. My wife and I ordered our pizza online, and their ordering was a bit confusing. After we selected that we wanted a vegan pizza, which was described as, "vegan cheese, red sauce, and basil" an option we were presented with was "Normal, or Veggie". I wasn't sure what that was supposed to mean, so I selected veggie. We ended up being charged $6 for them to make half of our pizza a "veggie" pizza. Which apparently means red onions and green olives? I spoke to the bald guy working at the counter, and I tried to let him know that it may have been my mistake and that I might have just misunderstood the ordering screen, but he was immediately defensive. Showing me my order ticket and saying, "See, it says veggie right here. That is what you ordered." As if that excuses both your attitude and your weird decision that onions and olives is a "veggie" pizza, and again that it cost 6 dollars make it a veggie and that you only did it to half the pizza. I don't expect that you bend over backward for me, but I was just trying to understand why the pizza came out the way it did. It's so close to our house, we were hoping to have a new pizza spot. But that wasn't it."

"Had the #4 and it was amazing. One of the best pizzas I've had around here, it just tasted good. Had them twice in one week even and they made sure the pizza is right. It's nice that the boxes are just the right size that my cat can sit on it and the lid barely touches the pizza."
