"Dentists here are satisfactory but it’s the front desk people that strongly irk me. I advised the front desk person that I had no more benefits for the rest of the year and she told me I did so I stupidly went ahead with the appointment instead of looking at my benefits. As this is partially my fault it is the front office responsibility to advise accurately on where my benefits are at and they were up to date in the portal at the time. Like I said, I admit MY mistake but I don’t appreciate being lied to about my benefits so you can cash in another $1k off me. Anyway, good dentists but the front desk is not to be trusted."

"They're always extremely pleasant and helpful :D This last visit their suction tool was wigging out, and they'd apologize when it stopped but had it fixed in like 5 minutes tops. I schedule my appointments during my days off, so I personally wasn't bothered, plus they had it fixed in such a short amount of time I didn't even notice. They're also always upgrading their facility; this time, in a room previously visited, there was a new TV installed on the ceiling to help calm patients' nerves. I also had composite bonding done 2 months ago, and the Doctor + assistants were extremely thorough and did such an amazing job! 10/10 :)"

"The dental hygienist I saw was kind, caring, and informative. They walked me through the process every step of the way and didn’t waste any time. I appreciated their professional attitude and attention to detail. Dr. Bradley came up with a strategy for fixing the issues I’m experiencing with my teeth while doing his best to keep costs to a minimum. Their facility is clean and they provide distractions to keep you from focusing too much on the actual work being performed - in my case it had been an extended period of time since having a cleaning. I strongly recommend Pacific Northwest Dental if you’re looking for skilled professionals providing quality care."

"The staff is amazing and so nice, they go out of their way to be helpful. The doctor is very prompt, personable and available, takes the time to explain in detail what is going on and solutions without any pressure to do anything you don’t wish to. while there, even though everyone is very busy the entire team makes you feel like you are the only patient in the bldg. this place has all the newest equipment and technology, me and my wife have been going here for a few years and are very satisfied with the quality, care and pricing."
