"J & W CARSTAR Collision Repair Center in McMinnville is fantastic! They went above and beyond in their repair work restoring my vehicle to (arguably) better than pre-loss condition. I had a great experience with the representatives at the service desk. They helped handle the rental and scheduling. I was very happy to discover, after picking up the vehicle, the interior of my car had been cleaned up too! The only downside was I had to wait a couple of months to get my repairs scheduled, however, it was worth the wait to get the result. Being busy is just a sign you do excellent work in my opinion. I couldn't recommend them more!"

"So glad to have my car back. But the trade-off has been a big let down. My new car interior is now thrashed and needs to be restored. To get my car back seems that my interior which was immaculate is now completely: discolored, stained, greasy marks, spots, covered in a grayish soot, and shows signs of being left out and exposed. I waited until after the holiday to call them back and let them know. Then at their request I returned to let them look at it. I've had a local professional give an estimate to fix it and the detail shop can work with the collision shop, but now crickets. I'm still left wondering when it's getting resolved? My poor car. I'm bummed. The exterior body work and paint done to restore my car seems pretty good. I wish I could give them a better review but that would not be true as things are now. Should this be fully and happily resolved then I can come back and adjust it. I’m very grateful my car has been fully restored and almost all the parts and pieces are back to original condition. But I'm having post-pick-up disappointment that my interior is now badly damaged and in need of some professional TLC. It's pretty bad and that's pretty sad. My car was brought to J & W Carstar for exterior body restoration and look what they did to my interior? I'm crying. Hoping for the best."
