"I arrived at 9:33 am and was informed that I had missed my appointment. I had to ask the receptionist to say what she meant repeatedly about not being able to have my broke tooth extracted then I walked out the door and proceeded to get into my car cursing 3 times as I was driving away. If I was told that being 13 minutes late would forfeit my slotted time i would not have made the 45 minute drive. Is that the policy? I do apologize for cursing three times, I regret that action. good day"
