"My bottom retainer broke the week of Christmas and I wanted it fixed ASAP, before my teeth shifted. My previous orthodontist retired, so I needed to find someone new. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment quickly as I’d be a new patient. Less than 48 hours after my retainer broke, I was in a chair having it fixed by Dr. Henson’s friendly staff. The whole team — the front desk staff and those working with Dr. Henson — seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. She started with an expander and they had us come in when it was bugging her to correct the issue.
