"They take no responsibility for their mistakes at all. I ordered from Door Dash, and received my order with ingredients completely missing. I called the store directly to see what could be done. They won't have anything to do with refunds because it's Door Dash, however I was told by the woman on the phone that I could come through, at any time, and receive a remake of the meal that was incorrect, along with a combo meal, both at no cost to me. I would just need to give the name Matthew when I ordered. Though I thought this was a bit odd, I said okay and moved on. Went back the next day, ordered both meals, and told them at the window what the lady on the phone said. Some guy came to the window and said they don't do Door Dash remakes and questioned whether I actually talked to Matthew. When I asked why I was told this on the phone yesterday then, his reasoning was they have many new employees that don't know what they are doing. I was given no compensation of any kind for their mistake, no apology, nothing. I left and will not be going back. I don't know who Matthew is, I would assume the manager, but he should probably spend some time at the store to actually train his employees. What a joke."

It's usually a travesty of unseasoned, limp disappointment. However, Lincoln City's Taco Bell has somehow managed to break the mold. Their Nacho Fries are a crispy, golden triumph. They've got this tantalizing seasoning that's both bold and nuanced, with a kick that's assertive but not overwhelming. Each fry is cooked to perfection, offering that satisfying crunch with every bite, paired with a warm, soft interior. And let's talk about that cheese sauce—smooth, velvety, with just the right amount of zest. It complements the fries without overpowering them, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. It's a rarity to find such a well-executed fast-food item, but here we are. I'm genuinely impressed. To the team at Lincoln City's Taco Bell, well done. You've taken what is typically unremarkable fare and turned it into something quite extraordinary. Keep up the excellent work!"

"Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant. I’m not going to judge it at the same level I would a restaurant where I sit down and a person walks over to take my order. I’m not Gordon Ramsay, and this isn’t Hell’s Kitchen. For this particular order, I ordered online, and customized a few items, adding some ingredients here and there, removing tomatoes from a couple items. My main criteria for fast food is: Are they actually fast, are they friendly, and did they get the order right? I’m happy to say that today, this Taco Bell hit all three. Really impressed they got all the customizations. The food tasted as expected, and that’s all I ask. Thumbs up!"

"Ordered the new shredded beef tacos. Here are the pics. They are charging almost $4 each! Less than a teaspoon of meat and one didn't have cheese on the outside. Paid extra for steak chalupa and got ground beef. Unfortunately this has been happening for months. I had held off on giving the bad review in hopes things would improve. They just haven't. One time we got an order "suprise" no idea what was in it. Nothing that we had ordered. I would rather have a long wait than to not get what I am paying for. If you enjoy getting grab bags of random food, this place is for you. I have always loved Taco Bell. May have to start going to the taco place down the street that everyone has been recommending. The ladies and the one guy working the drive through are always very nice- if this review was just based on customer facing employees would be 5 stars. The kitchen staff needs to get iit together."

"Not only are the employees working the window EXTREMELY disrespectful, but they can’t even get my order right. My brother ordered us food through door dash and it took a literal hour for our order to get done because of the lack of staff and the lack of capability of the staff there. To top it off my food was smashed into a tiny bag. Only one of our items were made correctly. It is sad to see this be the normal level of service and quality of food EVERY TIME I come here or order from here. I was an assistant manager in the valley for pacific bells at one point and I can tell you that this location is BY FAR the most poorly managed! This is the last time I will be dealing with this location!! Hope things get better and that the gm and most of the staff are replaced. The district manager needs to buckle down and run this location until they get reliable staff and competent staff as well as a competent gm!!"
