"Transmission failed less than year after having my transmission rebuild done here. Brought it back to get it diagnosed & fixed. Of course they took no blame & refused the warranty claim. This business has really changed along with the new workers & management. They used to be more reputable, not anymore. I would not trust them for anything other than a simple oil change, especially if your a Women or don’t understand the mechanics of cars. Btw, had it fixed at another shop & it 100% confirmed the transmission rebuild was done incorrectly by the mechanics at Precision Automotive in Newberg. Yes, I absolutely have the right Precision Automotive in Newberg. You rebuilt my Manual Transmission, new Clutch & Flywheel etc. $1400 worth of work that didn’t last a year. Nevermind my original clutch lasted 120,000 miles. I know what happened & gave you chance to make it right, instead all I was offered was to redo the job at the same cost. Thanks but NO THANKS"
