I eventually came upon the tow shop where I asked if I could let my car sit for a bit while it cooled. Paul took it upon himself to not only check out my car, but also fix the hole where my coolant was leaking, add coolant, AND put in a little oil. I’m so happy I came across him. I had a drive back to Portland later that evening and he completely came to my rescue out of the kindness of his heart. Thank you Paul. I really owe you one."

"I’m traveling for work to Oregon and happened to drive by a beach access where you can drive over a dune and onto the beach if you have a 4wd truck. Well I bought a 4runner earlier this year so I was of course excited to give it a try! And it was all smooth and awesome until I tried coming back over the dune to the road and got myself very stuck. I have no experience driving in loose sand (there’s no sand where I’m from!). After multiple failed attempts to go over the dune I called these guys and a very pleasant person answered the phone. I didn’t actually know exactly where I was but after describing it these guys mounted an expedition with three people and two really neat looking trucks and came and found me. Pretty quickly too…I waited maybe ten minutes? Probably out not even that. They pulled me back out of the hole I dug myself into and then showed me how to drive over the dune the correct way! All in all it added to the adventure having to call these guys. They were very knowledgeable, very calm and extremely helpful. They were also very friendly! Turned what became a stressful situation for me into one that ended up being hella fun and then when they pulled me out and showed me how to send it up a dune they’d attracted a small crowd who were all cheering it on. 10/10 service and 10/10 people. I can’t recommend them enough."
