"TOOK A SHMEDIUM LS TRACTOR TO THEM YESTERDAY AND "JAY" DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IT WAS A JOB TOO SMALL. WHEN MY EQUIPTMENT BECOMES LARGER SO WILL MY BUSINESS."
"Never been more severely mistreated in my life. My bus was brought in to fix a starting issue, they couldn't figure it out, charged me 400 dollars for their time and jumped it to get it started without my permission so I could pick it up. Be aware if you are someone who lives an alternative lifestyle, these people wouldn't think twice to take advantage of you and leave you high and dry."
"We would like to thank Chris for saving us. We are spending the night here in Tillamook in our motorhome. Last night my husband realized that our house batteries had a low charge and would not turn on the generator. This morning he tried to pull in the slides with no luck. We called Tillamook Diesel Repair first thing this morning and spoke to Chris and he said he would ck on batteries in stock and call us back. He called back very shortly thereafter and said he had 4 batteries and would bring them over. He showed up in short order and replaced the batteries. He was very professional and cheerful. We are so thankful that we can now move on with our trip. Based on our experience they were great people to deal with!!"
"Was quoted $237 for exhaust tube part just thin round metal exhaust tube, plus $135 labor. Should be $372 total right. Nope, gave us a bill of $796. We backed the RV in the shop at 11:40am and left, came back one half hour later at 12:15pm and it was done. We think great faster than quoted. The part was listed now for $375, shipping for the part $42 and 3 hours of labor for $405. They were very nice people in the beginning but double was to much for us. The office girl was very nice and very helpful too. Before we left I asked the mechanic does he want the hydraulic jacks put down because the clearance underneath wasn't very good he said yes and he was standing near the back. I didn't think that anybody in there right mind would get underneath it while the jacks were coming down as I was told the battery drains when you put them down so always start the engine first which I did. I would not think that would be to safe to get under it to work on it until everything was down and shut off. Nobody said anything when we said we will be right back in a half hour, ok was the response. When we come back to pay the mechanic says you almost took my finger off you should have told me you were starting it, I stated who gets under a rig when you just told me to put the hydraulic jacks down, as they could crush your legs or anything is possible stay away from it until its off and jacks are down then get under it. Well when paying the bill the mechanic does the bill and says you almost took my finger off but nothing happened to him as we think somehow if he said we did something to him we wouldn't question the bill. Well its ridiculous to double the bill from $400 to $800. Once lightning almost got us but it didn't so what does that have to do with the bill. He says ok I'll take off $100 but still $300 more that we were told. He did say that he shouldn't have told us that amount for the part because that is not his job its the girls job, like we know who's job it is to tell us how much for the job. And how do you justify 3 hrs labor when he was done in a half hour. Before we agreed to the price originally the day before he hung up from his parts dist. and told us the part is $237 plus $135 per hr for RV's not the $105 per hr for diesel trucks. I guess it could have been $1000 or more for the part if they need more money on any other particular day. I'm disputing this charge with my credit card company. We are reasonable people but not double."
