"Do not, I repeat do not go to this store. My family and I have been long time customers and when Cam was in charge, it was a great place! My mom had her brakes done, they did not install the calipers correctly (you HAVE to replace the calipers, per their standard procedure) and her front wheel locked up doing 40 MPH. Her car is only a front wheel drive car, and this obviously did a large amount of damage. I filed a claim, not even going after the full amount of damage, and it was denied. No contact from their new corporate owners, just a form letter. The fact that we let a good amount of the damage go, and just wanted what was more than fair on their end, was ignored and discarded just shows what they have turned into. They are lucky that no one was hurt, no accident happened, just damage to the vehicle, and this is how they respond? I do not trust them and unfortunately, they do not care about the customers, their safety, or the safety of others on the road."

"Super friendly and helpful Les Schwab. I went during a busy time just to get a brake and vehicle check on a new to me car. I knew I would need to wait a little. To my surprise, it was complete in about 20 minutes and they didn't try and upsell me anything."

"I made an appointment online, I waited while they put on four new tires. I was in and out of there within an hour. I had my two small dogs with me, they welcomed them & we were comfortable while we waited. I recommend getting an appointment before 3pm, as the place really got busy as we were leaving. The price of the tires beat out all the competitors. I highly recommend Les Schwab."

"Can’t say enough about Les Schwab. Always helpful and such great customer service. We service our business trucks here and have tried to get quotes at others store to compare but always end up going with Les Schwab’s because they are the best deal. This week I went for an odd notification in my personal car, the driver side tire had less air than the other 3. I didn’t purchase the tires here( they are new Tesla Y tires) and within 10 mins they had checked the car and patched a screw they found. So thankful for their help and prompt response... did I mention they did this for free!!!? Thank you so much Les Schwab!"
