"Took my husband here for a tooth that needed to be pulled. We were sent home with a referral to an oral surgeon. Couldn't get an appointment for about a month out. The tooth kept getting worse and he developed an infection because of it. Had to argue with the receptionist and the care coordinator just to get him on antibiotics. Called several times and was told nothing could be done and that the swelling and pain would go away with antibiotics but to call back if it didn't. Every time I called they told me there was nothing they could do and to just wait. Got him into a different dentist and just payed cash to have it pulled. Was super easy and quick. The new dentist was confused as to why Dr. banati couldn't pull it himself at the first appointment. Will never go back. Would rather pay cash instead of use insurance to make sure we have a dentist that knows what they are doing and actually cares about their patients. Horrible experience with every aspect of this place. What a joke."
