"This McDonald’s was unable to use one of the digital coupons and I spoke with a manager, and she refused to do anything even though I showed her the coupon for a buy one breakfast sandwich get one for a dollar. When the McDonald’s is having an issue with a coupon, the manager should be able to override it and get it to work. This is done at every other McDonald’s. I also had another paper coupon since they couldn’t get the digital one to work and they refused to use that also."

"I don't eat McDonald's but my kids do. So like Amy reasonable parent when they scream yell and see McDonald's signs every exit you pick one. I picked this one. I again do t eat McDonald's. Personal choice but I'll go there. This place I lost my wallet. I called and they had it. From point of service to calling if they had my wallet to picking it up was probably the best service i ve had from McDonald's in years. Ty"

"I ordinarily would not eat McDonald's but with the cloudy weather and low charge in my onboard battery, I've eaten what I had in the fridge before it went bad. And there really wasn't much else along the way to where I was headed today. So it's McDonald's or be hungry. Ordering on the app, I went inside and my dinner was ready in a bag with my name on it, I ate and drove. Two cheeseburgers and a small fry. Easy enough, they were assembled properly and cooked fine. The fries were underdone and too salty."

"Went to North Plains Oregon location as we moved here recently. Got a goody bag from which has two Crispy Deluxe burger coupon. First the customer service behaved so rudely as we were not paying cash but by coupon and then we got a horrible look burger consist of only bread, chicken and pickle."
