"I'm a Midwestern transplant, and we take our blue collar food like sandwiches deadly serious. Don't mess with them, don't hipsterize them, don't fancy them up. Just make them right, make them big, and make them good. I gotta say, my man here makes a mean sandwich. Honestly, truthfully, in all seriousness, you could put his Reuben up against the best of the best back east and it would hold its own.
