"Super unprofessional, I was in a car accident and it’s been 6 months of going back and forth to try to fix my car. Nothing but headaches. They put the tires back wrong, the sensor detects the left as right. Its been making a beeping noise for the last 3 months and everytime I take it , nothing gets fixed. I took a few hours from work to drop off my car and pick up a rental. The rental car was smoking and making noises as I was leaving the parking lot. It was so bad I couldn’t drive it to my destination because of how bad the smoke and gas was so I had to turn around making me waste 3 hours from work. I take it back again the next day and nothing gets fixed. My car is waiting for me supposedly ready finally... I get to my car and I come to find out I have to drop off their worker all the way back to hillsboro (I work in Beaverton) without asking me prior if It was okay. As I was driving the worker back (mind you, I was never told I had to drop anyone off) he started arguing with me saying the noise is because I’m changing directions or going over the speed limit.... That makes no sense. I’ve had my car for a year and I’ve never had issues before I took it to this mechanic. Anyways, he started raising his voice. Super unprofessional for him to be arguing with me while I’m giving him a ride back, in the car THAT WAS NEVER FIXED. Don’t waste your time/money. Go to a legit shop."
