"Trash. Inept. Disorganized. Jim’s name is on the building but he has no idea what is happening. My vehicle has been there for months awaiting repair. They have no problem charging full price on work that has been returned to them to fix countless times. There’s no personal accountability when they make mistakes: nothing is their fault. I had them install parts that they broke then blamed the manufacturer. I was charged twice for labor even though they broke the parts. Stay away from this place."

"Mid September of 2017 I had a rear differential replaced by this shop for around 1300 dollars which I thought wasn’t to shabby of a deal. On Dec. 24, 2017 the rear differential went out because they failed to replace the old pinion gear that kept the rear diff in place. The pinion gear slid out of place and destroyed the rear diff that they put in. Not only are they not willing to do anything about It because it’s been 3 months, but now I have to replace it once again with added parts to ensure it doesn’t go out again. Priced at 1700 dollars. Would NOT recommend for any rear differential replacements."
