"Took my truck in for a gear change. Paid immediately up front for materials. They said they would call me when they came in. Two weeks later no answer I called they told me that the gears had not come in yet. Then later they said that the gears were not ordered. After multiple phones calls and an argument with the owners son about the info I provided the parts were finally ordered. A week later I called and asked if the gears came in. They said that they had and I brought the truck in to have the gears installed. Another week later to get them installed. I paid in full and I was on my way. Less than 500 miles later (the break in period). It started to clunk in the rear end. I called the owner and explained what had happened. He told me to bring it in as soon as possible. I brought it in early the next day and dropped it off. 2 days later I called in to check up on it. Nothing was done not even looked at yet. I explained that I needed it back as soon as possible so that I could use it before I left on a family emergency. The son told me that he would look t it early the next day. Around 2 I called again to check on the status and he had not even touched it yet. So I went down there collected my truck . I told the owner I would NOT be bringing it back. The long and short of this story is there service and communication is terribly unprofessional. I will never take anything back to them and I do NOT recommend you do so either. I will now take my truck elsewhere and have the job done properly by professionals. Go there at your own risk. Irritated in Forest Grove"
