Taco Bell

"Crunchy taco tasted like chlorine. Gordita crunch tasted like chlorine. I couldn't get two bites into either. I have NEVER thrown away a Bell order like this. People are going to get sick eating here. Food took 15 mins from when I arrived, just under 30 mins from when I ordered. I'm as big a Bell fan as any, but I warn people in my life to stay away from this one."

"The folks beyond the counter were uhmmm baked? They were out of hot sauce, out of mild sauce, and rather than just giving me a cup, the fellow behind the counter brought me a soda without ice or carbonation. The restroom was out of toilet paper and disgusting. This is not the first time there has been a management failure at this location, but it is the last time I will come here. There are other locations, go to one of those. This place is a mess."

"Walk in, sign says they WON'T TAKE MY ORDER, use the kiosk. Hit the button on the kiosk screen, nothing happens. Repeat 15 times, nothing. Turn my head, it finally catches up. Repeat for several other functions while I try to place my order. Demands I choose a soda before I get to the fountain to see what's even working. Make an arbitrary choice. Payment works fine, go figure. I WILL NOT BE BACK."

"This location has never failed me. I almost always use drive through so I don’t know a lot about walk in service. The food is always hot, fast and as expected (not missing forks, napkins, etc). The servers have all been friendly and courteous with very little turnover (at least in the mornings). I recommend this place."
