"I absolutely love this dominos! Everytime I come in I’m treated with a smile and a kind aditude. The man in particular that’s working the counter today is amazing and is the main reason I come back. He always makes me feel welcome and wanted back. Give him a raise!!!!!!!!!!"

"I will never order from this Domino's again. Not only were we treated poorly on the telephone. The food we paid for was terrible I waited on the telephone for over 30 minutes to try and talk to somebody and was hung up on. There's no reason in this day and age that it should take 30 min. On hold to talk to somebody. The franchisee owner of this location relies heavily on the name Dominoes has created. But the food is very subpar. I strongly recommend, that if you work hard for your money and would like to order a decent pizza do not order from this location.Trevor, The store manager doesn't care about the fact that his employees give lousy service All he wants to do is buy his way out of the problem by offering you a refund. once again if you want a decent pizza at a decent price. I recommend you avoid this location entirely. Just remember poor customer service starts at the top. I guarantee you as Trevor reads these reviews. He doesn't care, so don't expect to response from anyone. Just learn from their mistake. Follow-up from a previous review as of today. I have not heard from anyone at Domino's. And sure $11 may not seem significant to other people. But it's the point of the matter. Domino's will not stand behind customer service. You get poor service, you complain. They send AU an email promising you the sky, but they never follow through. Good luck ordering from this franchise. I hope you'll get that order right because if you don't it's a mess. If I treated customers the way Trevor treats customers. I wouldn't have a job. I'm pretty sure he gets a good laugh. Reading this review because he can care less that the reviews are bad. This type of manager just hopes that if he ignores it long enough, the problems will just go away. I miss those days when the managers cared about their business and wanted to take care of their customers, but if you're looking for that type of treatment don't order from Domino's. Especially the location of N.imbus"

"Sadly the quality and customer service at this store is pretty bad. Ordered a specialty pizza, not a special order, but one right from the menu. Got home and they had forgotten to put the Buffalo sauce on their Buffalo chicken pizza. Mildly annoying but okay. Call them and the customer service told me to bring the pizza back and they would put sauce on it....w.t.f.... Basically, they expected me to bring a pizza to them that was picked up 20min prior, so this would put it at 40min+ since made, to throw some luke warm sauce sauce on and drive another 20+ min home. Basically, we can all have cold pizza.... thanks Domino's....for cold pizza and garbage service."

"Honestly the worst dominoes experience ever. I ordered one regular and one GF pizza, even paid the extra $3. I asked that the pizza be hand delivered in order to make sure it was a GF pizza and the driver, Isabella, just left it on the floor. Once I open it of course it’s not GF. I called the store to try and fix it and I was on hold for 57 MINUTES (yeah, i waited to prove a point of terrible service) only to have someone finally answer then hang up on me. I put in a complaint online, got an order number, and almost a week later NO CONTACT in return. Last time I’ll get dominoes any other pizza is better than here."
