"The pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. I had back surgery today and had to get pain medicine fill. When we dropped the prescription off with was no problem. When my husband went to pick it up they told him they needed a preauthorization from the doctor so the workmen’s compensation can approve it. Knowing it is after hours I call and asked her is it possible to pay cash and I will get reimbursed from my adjuster. She was extremely rude first she gave me the price and the way she spoke to me is as if I can afford it. Than I told her the price was fine. Than with an attitude again she told me do you want it. I reply yes because I am starting to hurt. She than said it will be done in an hour and hung up the phone in my ear. That is completely uncalled for!!! I understand we are in a opiate crisis but that doesn’t mean everyone is abusing there medicine. I am hard working in health care field and the only reason I had to have surgery is from helping a patient who lost there balance and I retained an injury helping her. Please teach your employees people skills and compassion!!!!"

"Great experience as a customer. The young woman at the counter promptly helped me and verified that my medication was in stock, as well as updated my new insurance info. She also added a discount I forgot was available for the medication and let me know I'd receive a text when it was ready. I didn't need it until the next day, but it was ready in less than an hour."
