"I'm a physician. There have now been multiple times where I've been unable to reach this pharmacy's staff regarding medications my patients need after waiting on hold over half an hour. This is not only unprofessional but potentially dangerous."

"Customer service is horrible! All the employees are rude as hell, but especially the managers. There was a big dark skin girl that was in the bathroom with me and I was literally taking a number #2 and she stalked me until I came out and cornered me , accusing me of smoking weed in the bathroom just because I SMELLED like it. She called in another manager who was a tall dark skin thick man and he concurred that I had to be smoking because of the smell. They have to be dumb. Obviously you’d SEE smoke. It’s not a crime to smell like marijuana. I obviously wouldn’t go into a public bathroom to smoke, especially when I have my own vehicle or could smoke outside. They continued to harass me and demand I leave even tho I was washing my hands. I had to ask to even do that. The whole time they tryna make me feel bad and wouldn’t believe me. I tried to say “sorry I SMELL like it, but I wouldn’t smoke in a bathroom” and literally told them I was pooping, but they didn’t wanna believe me. I finally left out the building and they still had the nerve to call the cops to sit in front the Walgreens and patrol. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drugstore. Will never get a script filled there or buy anything ever again. Never going back. Boycott and shut this place down. Literally all the reviews express how horrible the employees and this partial location is. LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE."

"the worst human beings on the planet work here. they are pointless, worthless people. would not unlock the case so I could get body wash. I asked TWO different employees this morning at 9:30. I doubt they are qualified enough to work at mcdonalds, so hopefully they won’t get fired. do NOT come here, you will regret it."

"they sent me a text saying get the new booster shot, and recommended making online appt. did so, specified the shot, and was given a time slot. they confirmed my appt and sent me a reminder the morning of. i got there and no booster shot. was rudely told their 'system" doesn't know their inventory - rudely. after 12 years, and the second time this has happened i'm never stepping foot in there again. rude and incompetent."

"I called to refill a prescription on Friday morning SEP 30 2022. I received no notice that the pharmacy would be closed over the weekend. The automated message said they would have my order ready Monday morning. Not ideal but ok. Monday morning I am told the pharmacy has “switched to a central off site fill” and my prescription would not be delivered to the pharmacy until Wednesday. All of this without the courtesy of a phone call. I have switched my prescriptions to CVS."
