"I used to love to get Chocolate from this place! EVERYTIME, I come in the service is aweful. You never get a welcome. There is usually employees that would rather talk to each other or dead silence. They never say anything too you. I went last time and I swear it took like 10 minutes before they realized I was there. They even had someone in the door making gift arrangements. The kid had the nerve to ask me if I was going to tip him. I got less then $5 worth of Chocolate, you didn't say a word to me and you want me to tip? Now that I think about it,I have never seen any of the employees even smile."

Just walking in immediately makes me think I’m on vacation - because of course that’s when you get chocolate caramel covered apples and champagne truffles… unless you want to just pop down to the Boardwalk and visit The Chocolate Crocodile! Love this place and I’m making a point today to visit more. If you’ve got a craving, this is the place to go."

"I ALWAYS purchase frozen banana’s from here, I’ve never had any issues. However, this time I was given a rotten one. All black from the inside! I called to speak to the manager and was told that that’s the way it supposed to look due to it being on the freezer!!! How can it get rotten by being in the freezer!!!! Ridiculous!"
