"Very quiet probably a nice place for your family. I went out there used live worms. They were ripped apart by a ton of baby Kingfish didn’t catch anything else"
"One of my favorite places in the city... but not as nice since they closed the street along the lake. After they did that, it started looking like so many other abandoned areas in New Orleans. It's such a shame they closed it off, this used to be one of the nicest places here."

"This is a very quiet, secluded location. They are currently renovating it so it will likely be less secluded but I am eager to see the improvements. Definitely great for pets and picnics."
"Love love love! Poochies got to run around and jump in the water, then run around some more and roll on the grass. I didn't see any bags, so bring your own so you can pick up after your pets. Trash cans were there, I didn't see any bathrooms (although I explored only a very small part of the park)."
